I got a Medium, and it’s the perfect size for me. There are like 5 million different pockets/compartments, so the bag can fit a lot in it. The straps and zips feel sturdy. The only thing I’ll say is that the big charcoal buckle isn’t actually that colour, it looks coated ? So it may chip off. Altogether it’s a really nice bag for the price. I got a free bunny bauble key chain which is really cute and soft
