The bag has a good amount of pockets. The exterior fabric isn't fully waterproof but the inside lining is waterproof. I did Uber Eats with this bag in the pouring rain and it held up just fine. Mud and other road gunk was getting kicked onto the bag but the food remained warm and dry. The day after, it was very easy to wipe off the dried mud from the bag.
